First Home Mortgage is searching for a Marketing Manager in our Baltimore corporate office. This individual will be responsible for corporate marketing strategy. Must actively manage all marketing projects, including company website administration, and oversee marketing personnel. This position will interact with branch personnel regularly and will liaise between the branches and corporate office. Must maintain a positive customer service attitude. This position should be constantly looking for new marketing opportunities to explore. Responsibilities: . Communicate, and occasionally meet, with sales personnel to conduct training on new marketing systems. Maintain marketing asset system (MarcomCentral) . Oversee open house marketing systems; OSI Express and Rate Plug . Company website administration via Wordpress. Coordinate print and electronic product flyers. Produce Quarterly Newsletter for clients distributed in both print and email. Produce and maintain any corporate videos. Coordinate Corporate photography. Liaise with Branch marketing and sales personal on custom marketing projects. Moderate social media marketing from a brand level and administer social media platform for sales team (SOCi). Work with Compliance department to approve all marketing material and initiatives . Supervise and approve the production of branded promotional products. Work with outside vendors to ensure outsourced materials maintain brand guidelines Qualifications:. Three to five years of social experience, strategic planning and community management.. Experience with content calendar development.. Degree in Marketing or Communications . Encompass general marketing experience . Excellent Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in related mortgage/ banking industry
