OverviewOur team is seeking a lead software developer, who will take all responsibility for various integrations in our environment with Microsoft Technologies. This role will include a mix of direct programming on key projects, as well as supervising the software development of a variety of subcontractors. You will work directly for the program Service Design Manager and program Chief Architect to ensure that new, novel capabilities are deployed for our customers. The role will engage the customer all the way from requirements formation through to production deployment for a world-wide user base.Description Focus on research and/or product development encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: electronics, electrical, mechanical, chemical, etc. Defines problems, conducts research, and analyzes criteria related to various engineering fields. Minimum Education and Experience. Bachelor's Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experience. Required Qualifications Previous experience leading small teams required. 8 years' total software development experience. 4 years minimum experience with .NET family programming languages (C# preferred). 4 years' experience with a scripting language (eg, PowerShell, VB). 2 years' experience with web-centric data types (JSON, XML, and/or SOAP). 2 years' experience with programming at least one major Microsoft enterprise platform (Windows, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync) is highly desired. Desired Qualifications Security Clearance. Specific experience programming Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Lync and/or Skype for Business, Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). Work experience with modern security technologies; SSL/TLS, PKI, SAML, PGP is a plus. Various Microsoft certifications are a plus. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training/certification, or work/military experience.
