We're looking to add a detail-oriented, methodical, and collaborative Data Analyst to our Customer Data Management team. The primary goal of this role is to leverage data and communicate findings to help the company make databacked business decisions. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, visualization and transform data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth. To do well in this role, the candidate will need a very fine eye for details, experience as a data analyst and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsUse statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reportsCreate and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sourcesWork with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segmentIdentify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data setsCreate best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualizationMaintains database results by setting and enforcing standards and troubleshooting problemsManaging and coordinating data integrity.Proactively identify areas of optimization and develop strategies for improving effectiveness.Monitor, optimize, and report on metrics in support of business objectives and revenue goals.Develop strong partnerships with marketing analytics, product management, and the brand, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and tacticsRequirementsA bachelor's degree in the following subjects is beneficial in developing a career in Data Analysis - Statics, Mathematics, Data Science, EconomicsMinimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with a concentration in digital marketing preferredAbility to think creatively about solving business problems leveraging complex data setsFamiliarity with programmatic marketing principles and associated technologyWilling and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities; grace under fire a must with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualizationStrong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic toolsAbility to write comprehensive reportsWell versed in working with a diverse functional teamReports to Director, Customer Data ManagementAt Questex, we are passionate about driving business outcomes.
