AST LLC is actively looking for talented senior level Functional Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, with an emphasis on the HR module, who is clever, curious and energized by solving problems and improving our customers' lives. You'll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to continuously deliver new and exciting innovations to our clients.What You'll DoConsult on AST's managed Cloud ERP engagements, including implementations and upgradesEngage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirementsConduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutionsProvide subject matter expertise HCM Cloud Applications including Global HRAble to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirementsDevelop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testingFacilitate knowledge transferTravel to interesting places in North America and Europe.What You'll Bring3+ years of relevant experienceCompleted at least one (1) HCM Cloud applications implementationWorking knowledge of 11i/R12 Core HRKnowledge of HCM extracts, mass data updates/uploads, BIP, Fast Formulas4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skillsFollow a software full life cycle methodologyAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of peopleAble to travel weekly (normally Monday-Thursday) in support of assigned projects (we do not relocate our staff project by project)Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where neededExcellent verbal and written communication , active listening and interpersonal skillsOrganized and detailed orientedAble to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitudeWhat We BringYou'll work alongside gifted Oracle professionals-the best in the business-and they love to collaborate and share ideas!
