Sr. Technical Project Manager IIs for American Institutes for Research (AIR) to work at our Washington, DC loc. Dev. tech reqs, budgets + schedules for data systems. Strategize + build test plans. Facilitate reqs meetings. Est. milestones + monitor/ensure adherence to proj scope, timeline +budget. Maintain client relations + communications. May undergo background checks. Must have Master's deg. in comp sci, MIS, business mgmnt, or rel. and 4 yrs rel proj mgmnt exp. with version control software; data analysis using SAS or SQL; all phases of software dvpmnt lifecycle; and dvpmnt of project plans, reqs docs, and proj budgets. Also reqs skill (2 yrs exp.) with using rel proj mgmnt tools and best practices. Alternatively, applicants may have Bach. deg. in comp sci, MIS, business mgmnt, or rel. and 6 yrs rel proj mgmnt exp. with version control software; data analysis using SAS or SQL; all phases of software dvpmnt lifecycle; and dvpmnt of project plans, reqs docs, and proj budgets.
