Responsibilities

  • As a Program Manager you will perform the following duties:
  • Service as an advisor, subject matter expert and/or program manager, on a variety of sources regarding program activities, and achievements
  • Manage inspections processes and analyze inspections-related data for reporting purposes
  • Serve as a Contracting Office Representative (COR) on case management and database related contracts as a member of the acquisition team
  • Manage Inspections and Detention Oversight (IDO) inspection and case management system, ensuring the effectiveness of IDO programs and operations, and the efficiency of management policies

Qualifications

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
  • Completing work consisting of a wide-range of projects and studies involving broad and in-depth analysis and evaluation
  • Providing technical assistance to management staff on contracting supplies or services
  • Overseeing and coordinating the identification, analysis, and issuance of policies with managers and top-level officials; and
  • Developed detailed plans and objectives for the short and long-range implementation of programs, i.e. inspection programs, acquisition programs and developing criteria for evaluating their effectiveness
