The Business Analysis Manager serves as the senior business technology analyst and manager for the Business Analysis Branch that is responsible for planning, analyzing, testing and supporting case management COTS products implementation, enterprise applications support, user account management and Service Desk support.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related field and a minimum of six (6) years in information technology including a minimum of three (3) years of increased responsibility and project management experience demonstrating the ability of leading IT project teams.
Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts are required. If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.

Education

Responsibilities
The Business Analysis Manager serves as the senior business technology analyst and manager for the Business Analysis Branch that is responsible for planning, analyzing, testing and supporting case management COTS products implementation, enterprise applications support, user account management and Service Desk support.
Brief description of the major duties:
- Assists in documenting business requirements for any software applications (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf or in-house developed)
- Recommends business process improvements to ensure efficient operations of the case management system/document management system
- Leads a team of super users as first line support desk for the case management system/document management systems
- Creates and maintains user profile and codes in the case management systems
- Develops and maintains all forms and notices in Word Processing Software that will be generated through the case management systems
- Works with staff (users) to train and or explain modifications and enhancements to the case management system/document management system and how it will impact their office
- Assists in the development of case management system test scripts for their area of operations for testing purposes
- Assumes responsibility to review release notes and recommend new features in the case management system/document management system that would benefit all court users
- Assists the Service Desk Branch to cover service desk calls and routes to appropriate support tiers
- Issues and supports VPN tokens, tele-workers' training and judicial iPads and Chromebooks
