Overview The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop high-performance software applications through all phases of the software development life cycle. Responsibilities * Review system requirements and design. * Implement software applications through all stages of development. * Analyze and resolve software issues. * Complete development projects on time and within budget. * Present project objectives, risks and success criteria to leadership team. * Provide clear and detailed status reports on a regular basis to Management team. * Participate in development and maintenance of software release notes and guidelines. Qualifications * US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government issued security clearance. * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. * 5 to 8 years of software development experience. * Proficiency with software development for network applications in Linux environment. * C/C++, Java, Objected Oriented development experience. * Working knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML/JavaScript/API). * Experience using scripting languages (eg Perl, Python, PHP). * Network Management Systems development (Service and UI). * Experience working in an Agile project environment.
