Work with clients organizations to plan and deliver SharePoint implementations. Planning and designing solutions using SharePoint workflow. Planning and designing SharePoint customizations using SharePoint Framework. Technology and business enablement advocate advising the best practice methods in how to utilize SharePoint and related technologies to drive competitive advantage. Provide expert guidance to customers and ensure solution technology is aligned with best practices. Utilize best practices to migrate content from file servers, SharePoint Farm installations and eventual cloud storage solutions to SharePoint Online. SharePoint Server and Windows SharePoint Services architecture experience. SharePoint Server and Windows SharePoint Services implementation and deployment experience including creation of custom web parts. 8-year experience in full project lifecycle development with Microsoft technologies Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Visual Studio development experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design) Must be able to lead customer SharePoint engagements Experience consulting with clients on the design and business value of portal solutions Strong understanding of collaboration processes and issues Experience working with customers internal business processes and developing detailed analysis of how to effectively deploy SharePoint Services throughout the enterprise environment Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Track record of successful projects delivery with SharePoint 20013 and familiarity with SharePoint 2016 Must be proficient in the full development lifecycle Strong Business Analysis experience Individuals seeking employment at ArdentMC are considered without regards to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
