This mid-level position will support the Web Design/Development, Digital Marketing and Creative departments and report directly to the head of our Web department. Responsibilities:Develop/program, test and launch web-based projects including, but not limited to websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaignsMaintain existing web properties, including on-going content management and back-end updates/administrationExecute on SEO strategies; conduct technical audits and identify issues and opportunities; implement fixes and updates using SEO best practicesCollaborate and help to define technology solutions that work within a specified framework (timeframe and budget)Assist in the creation of functional specifications, technical requirements, wireframes, schematics, architectures and prototypesMeet regularly with internal and external clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress and receive feedback.Assist with additional department duties as assigned Qualifications:A degree, certification, or equivalent work experience in web design/developmentAt least 3-5 years professional experience in front-end web design/developmentProficiency with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Responsive design/developmentExtensive knowledge of advanced WordPress developmentProficiency with PHP and mySQLExperience with server-side technologies and DNS managementFamiliarity with HubSpot and/or a Marketing Automation platformUnderstanding of Digital Marketing principles and practices, including SEO, SEM and Social MediaProficient knowledge of SEO tools, best practices and implementation, including website speed optimizationStrong technical aptitude demonstrated ability to recognize, diagnose, troubleshoot and solve problemsDeep understanding of UX, UI and design best practices, as they pertain to web design/developmentImpeccable skills within the Adobe Creative & Microsoft OfficesuitesSuperb attention to detail, impeccable time management and sound organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret briefs, project requirements and schematics and work independentlyStrong communicator - easily translate technical terminology to internal and external stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple projects active at one timeA roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with great enthusiasm and positive energy; a team playerBonus points for grace under pressure and a wicked sense of humor
