Keystone is looking for Senior IT Auditors in Washington, DC and northern Virginia to support one of our valued clients. TheSenior IT Auditorwill assist our client with Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) IT activities to drive sustainable and auditable processes. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Designing, developing, and implementing IT corrective action plans (CAPs) for self-identified deficiencies (SIDs) and external IPA findings. Performing CAP validation testing for completed remediation activities. Performing baseline review assessments (eg FISCAM and FFMIA) to assess system readiness and remediate identified deficiencies. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on IT CAP statuses. Third party risk management (eg Service Providers). Developing risk-based approaches for prioritization of IT findings. Performing advisory services for risk management framework (RMF) activities to support system team IT control implementations in accordance with financial management overlay. Adhoc reporting for IT metrics and measures. Integrating leading practices for IT audit remediation. Job Requirements: BS/BA in MIS, finance, engineering, accounting, or related field. 3 years or more of IT Audit experience including ? Designing, developing, and implementing IT corrective action plans (CAPs) for self-identified deficiencies (SIDs) and external IPA findings. ? Performing CAP validation testing for completed remediation activities. ? Performing baseline review assessments (eg FISCAM and FFMIA) to assess system readiness and remediate identified deficiencies. 1 year or more of Federal or DOD audit experience is a plus. MUST BE A US CITIZEN with an Interim Secret Security Clearance (or higher) Required Skills: Technical understanding of Financial System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM) and National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication (NIST) 800-53v4. Ability to understand business processes in order to develop and implement new business processes to remediate identified IT audit gaps. Possesses capability to coordinate with professionals tasked to design, develop, and configure IT audit recommendations Plays a team role in understanding IT audit finding recommendations and translating those requirements to technical stakeholders. Communicates clearly and effectively (oral and written). Interacts comfortably with team and client personnel. Demonstrates self-motivation, excellent time-management, and organizational skills. Possesses strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure, can meet tight deadlines, and is committed to complete projects Well organized to manage multiple different audit responses across different groups within the clients organization. *Preferred Certifications: Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Compensation Package: Competitive Salary Paid Time Off 401K Match Health Insurance package available
