M/F/PV/IWD Employer Director - Analytics Center of Excellence Job Details: Position Summary: In conjunction with VP of Strategic Planning and Analytics and executive leadership, the Director of the Analytics Center of Excellence is responsible for the strategy, development, governance, and operation of an enterprise analytics solution in support of data-driven decision-making that leads to improved organizational performance, quality, outcomes, and cost. Essential Functions: Data Governance: Provides support for data governance and the coordination and alignment of analytics activities supporting the strategic direction of the organization to improve data-driven decision making. Data Analysis/Technical: Performs and oversees analysis and recommends appropriate analytic, statistic, and data visualization methods, resources, and tools. Serves as a technical expert for data analytics and data visualization across LifeBridge Health. Presentations and Reports: Presents findings and recommendations through written reports, presentations, and dashboards. Customer Service: Leads the Analytics Center of Excellence team in provision of support and service for optimal analytics. Departmental Oversight: Oversees department functions; including personnel and projects. Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Working knowledge of theory & practice within a specialized field including public health, epidemiology, statistics, economics, quantitative analysis, data science. equivalent to a master's degree; Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Experience of 7+ years required.
