POSITION SUMMARY: HazardousArea Construction Manager/Project Manager - Senior (Hazardous Area CM/PM-FP.) leads,manages, and supervises a multi-functional team of subject matter experts, HVACtechnicians, allied tradesmen, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, janitors, welders,grounds maintenance personnel. The Hazardous Area CM/PM-FP advises and assiststhe customer in all aspects of project planning, design-build, construction,), projectdeactivation, including supporting site operational and maintenance (O&M)as well as workforce mobilization and demobilization. The Hazardous Area CM/PM-FPis responsible for developing construction documents and specifications;evaluation of bids; reviewing of shop drawings and submitals; conducting siteinspections and quality assurance; evaluating project modifications and changeorders; and validating accomplishment of work claimed on invoices for partialpayments.
