ResponsibilitiesThe Systems Engineer (SE) Level 6 shall provide systems engineering support to the customer?s cyber analytics and visualization. The SE shall integrate state-of-the-art technology and visualization systems providing near-real-time impact awareness of network-based systems performance on analytic workflows, interfacing with developers, integrating tools into an operational environment, and performing systems engineering functions.?QualificationsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:Bachelor?s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master?s degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.Define and produce systems engineering products and architectural artifactsProduce technical requirements, standards, Risk Mitigation Plans, system and subsystem interface documentation, technical systems and mission impact briefings, and executive-level corporate briefingsSupport System Security Plan (SSP), tool configuration, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) activitiesAbility to identify and integrate essential system components, data flows, and collection sitesFamiliarity with Customer systems and data architecturesExcellent interpersonal skills and diplomacyExcellent oral and written communication skillsPosition requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
