Key Tasks Include: Accounts Receivable including collecting and posting payments and reconciling back-up documents to invoices Accounts Payable including processing invoices for payment, verifying information is correct Preparing bank deposits Maintaining vendor and accounting files Preparation and posting of Journal Entries Providing general support to month-end closing process as requested Qualifications Include: Associate degree and one to three years of experience as an Accounting Clerk, Junior Accountant, or Accounting Assistant or a similar role or the equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication skills Ability to work well independently Strong attention to detail Our customer has a need for someone to start quickly, please send us your resume today!
