Financial Management Analyst, Senior
Key Role:

Work with a dynamic, fast-paced team of professionals providing financial management and solutions to a client team within the defense market. Provide financial management of a large, multifaceted contract. Analyze all areas of Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee ( CPFF), Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee ( CPIF), Firm-Fixed-Price ( FFP), and Time and Materials (T&M) contract financial management, including cost and funds tracking, subcontract management, cost proposal evaluation, staffing plans, forecasting, revenue calculations, and cost estimates, and LOE, funding and ceiling versus expenditures and job profit and identify financial and contractual risks. Develop and maintain spend plans, staffing matrices, subcontractor funding and cost tracking reports, weekly and monthly financial reports, Estimate to Complete (ETC), Limitation of Funds Notices (LOF) for the firm. Review funding modifications, set up new projects and staffing plans, review invoices, and P-card statements for accuracy. Support contract or task order kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate set up of new tasks and provide financial oversight to subcontractors, including invoice and funding requirement reviews and approvals. Provide financial information and presentation materials to support internal and external program reviews and weekly team meetings, manage spend plans for multiple programs, and support cost volume requirements for proposal activities while quickly and accurately responding to data calls for internal and external clients.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with program and project financial management of CPFF, CPIF, FFP, and T&M contracts, including Defense Contract Audit Agency ( DCAA) requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and public company Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC) guidance

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and its effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting, including using complex formulas and functions in calculations and analysis

-Experience in monitoring compliance with general contract terms and conditions for government contracts

-Experience with supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced environment and setting priorities that balance service and control

-Experience with subcontractor and vendor management, including Statements of Work (SOWs), cost proposal review and implementation, and invoice review and approval

-Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)

-Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team

-Ability to manage and track multiple initiatives simultaneously

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with financial modeling, including forecasting and revenue projections, proposal support, including responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and supporting cost volume development for competitive procurements

-Experience with the Navy programs

-Experience with eCRAFT reporting

-Experience with working in CostPoint

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail, problem solve, and work independently and as part of a team

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
