The more work we are awarded the more help we need to continue to deliver great service. We are seeking to hire a full-time Project Manager for our Dry Utility Design and Coordination team. The preferred candidate will have some AutoCAD skills and is required to attend site meetings with different utility companies, meet with clients and utility contractors, and visit utility offices to help facilitate projects. Work closely with clients, dry utility companies (Pepco, Dominion VA Power, NOVEC, Washington Gas, Verizon, Comcast, Cox, etc.) and other consultants on designing and coordinating new utilities, utility removals, and utility relocations on our client's real estate development projects . Follow up in a consistent and professional manner when working with utility companies to move along the process . Put together CAD drawings as needed . Complete dry utility due diligence studies . Perform dry utility cost estimates . Complete easement research and other easement related coordination . Put together conceptual design of dry utility services . Provide status updates to clients and manage expectations in a realistic and professional manner . Offer a high level of professionalism and customer service Qualifications: . Minimum of 3 years proven technical dry utility design experience . Minimum of 3 years experience working for or directly with dry utility companies (Pepco, Washington Gas, Dominion VA Power, NOVEC, Verizon, Comcast, etc.) . Basic understanding of how the real estate development design process works with the developer and their architect/civil engineer . Experience using at least one of the following AutoCad, AutoDesk, Civil 3D, Revit, Microstation is highly preferred. . Valid Driver's License . Ability to field check job sites and complete pre-construction site analysis . Physical requirements-exposure to outdoor elements and must be able to walk long distances Compensation: .
