Collaborates with the CMO, Digital Director and Agency to develop marketing direction and overall strategy that carries forth the brand promises with high impact, integrated marketing programs balancing the delivery on product partner goals and meeting the needs of member. Owns and manages overall relationship with the corporate creative agency. Manages contact cadence and marketing schedule with adjustments based on campaign performance and member behavior. Creates a consistent, uniform brand story and effective member experience across all touch points including digital, field staff, direct communications, and call center. Creates alignment between non-product solution content and product promotions through the collaborative development and utilization of member journeys. Maximize return on marketing investment across marketing channels including digital media, email, direct mail, collateral, events, print advertising and website content. Member Insights: Collaborates with the Analytics Team to leverage insights that support efforts to drive value to members. C ultivates a thorough understanding of members throughout the Product Teams. Creates a culture of data-driven decisions and ensures the Product Teams employ analytics in their strategic and operational decision-making. Product P&L Management: Leads the teams who directly manage the portfolio of products and associated partners to ensure program growth and retention. Ensures the products offered to members are competitive and that the partnership overall aligns with MBC values. Ensures the strategic business plans for each product align with MBC's priorities. Oversees the development of funding plans, participation goals and marketing strategies. Reports progress on business plan goals, including monthly participation and partner income reports. Product Line Growth and Enhancement: Identifies ways to provide new funding and revenue sources with the introduction of new product opportunities or expansion of current products, which are based on member needs and which support NEA MBs' mission. Track competitive landscape and keep abreast of new innovations and developments in the market space. Collaborates with the Business Development team to investigate partnerships opportunities and to on board new products into NEA MB's portfolio. Business Development: In collaboration with the Business Development team, leads Product Teams in the successful implementation and operation of new products. Provides consultation to integrate of new member universes (such as SEIU) as well as expanding member benefit programs to existing members. Partner Relationship Management: Establishes sound partners relationships with regular communications that facilitate the exchange of information, ideas and updates. Monitors the partner contracts to ensure renewals are negotiated. Collaborates with the Legal team to develop new contracts and renew/amend existing agreements. Ensures MBC as a whole understands the obligations set forth under the agreements, and collaborates with internal departments (eg, finance, IT, Affiliate Relations, Member Services, etc.) to ensure their efforts supports the agreement. BA/BS in business, marketing, or a related concentration, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. MBA strongly preferred A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in: Brand management Product portfolio management Account/partnership management Product development within an association or employee benefit market Contract negotiations Strategic planning Product evaluation Budget preparation Direct and digital marketing with a demonstrated understanding of: Production, modeling, segmentation, target audience planning, campaign analytics Multi-channel, personalized, behavior-based triggered marketing Social media engagement SEO/SEM Content Marketing
