The Art Director is a core member of Global Creative and will report directly to the Associate Creative Director. This position works cross-functionally with many teams across the organization, such as marketing, social engagement teams, as well as other areas within digital marketing. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess strong communication and follow-up skills. The Art Director must embody, embrace, capture and communicate the look and feel of our customer through power and emotion. The successful candidate will concept storytelling and art direction for category-specific product stories and initiatives and take that direction through shoots across photography and video to capture the content that will go to the global market. Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively with the Sr. Creative Director, external resources, social engagement + brand marketing teams and category + cross-functional creative teams to produce world-class storytelling and experiences across multiple channels to elevate the brand * Earn the trust of teammates and leadership - Lead storytelling/design initiatives as a collaborative effort with team designers, copywriters, production artists and project managers to develop, communicate and execute a consumer story from the beginning concept phase to final completion with the release of air-tight creative assets/deliverables Your background qualifications must include: * Undergraduate degree (BA or BS) * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience * Experience providing art direction (graphics, photo shoots, etc.) * Ability to be versatile and handle multiple projects and reprioritizations * Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills * Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
