ECS is seeking a Program Analyst/Operations Deputy to work in our Fairfax, VA office. Job Description: ECS Federal is seeking a Program Analyst/Operations Deputy to provide administrative and project management support for several ongoing efforts supporting development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions for the Department of Defense. This position assists with customer engagements including technical discussions and project monitoring and control. The Program Analyst reports directly to the Program Manager and provides analysis on current and planned activities daily. Specific responsibilities include; organizing/scheduling meetings, managing project plans, action items and risks; creating meeting agendas and publishing meeting minutes; organizing project kickoff and Technical Exchange Meetings; supporting contract actions and financial tasks such as tracking invoices.Position Responsibilities: Work closely with the Program Manager supporting daily activitiesSchedule meetings, create agendas, publish minutes and track actionsSupport creation of user accounts and track JIRA TicketsConduct financial analysis such as Estimate at Complete (EAC), Earned Value (EV) and Budget at Complete (BAC) calculationsDevelop Risk Register and manage risks, mitigation actions and contingenciesSupport weekly Program Meetings with Government CustomersDevelop and deliver Weekly Activity Briefing (WAB)Support development and maintenance of Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) Develop and maintain MS Project Plans and Schedule documentsAssist the Project Manager with estimating project costAssist the Project Manager with project initiation, planning, execution and closingProvide operational support to Project Manager relating to procurement, staffing, recruiting and ongoing program initiativesRequired Skills:Must be a US Citizen and Secret Clearance eligibleBachelor's degree in a Business, Project Management, Finance or Information Technology3-4 years of relevant work experienceExperience in developing and managing projects, to include project teams, prioritization of lines of effort, planning, scheduling and close outProficient with technology such as MS office Suite, ticket tracking systems etc.Excellent communication and writing skills. Experience with tracking and reporting project metrics.
