Summary:The Commercial Receivable/Collections Specialist will be responsible for handling collections and payment negotiations, resolving billing and contract term issues, reviewing and conducting analysis of credit lines and managing overall relationships with portfolio of accounts. Responsibilities:* Manage the accounts receivables and collections of an assigned client portfolio.* Build, maintain and manage relationships with clients and update accounts accordingly. * Review customer payment history, sales history, and risk exposure.* Review aging reports, make collection calls and negotiate payment plans when necessary. * Investigate customer concerns and resolve any billing or payment issues/discrepancies. * Partner with the Credit Team on reviewing credit limits, conducting analysis and making recommendations on increase requests.Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree preferred, but will look at equivalent years of experience. * 3-5+ year's experience in B2B AR/Collections/Credit * Large company experience, preferably coming from manufacturing/distribution or similar industry * Strong business acumen and analytical mindset. * Very driven, adaptable to change and able to work quick and efficiently. * Proficient in Excel with the ability to build and maintain spreadsheets and reports.* Large ERP system experience required, SAP experience is a plus. * Strong communication skills both verbal and written. * Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building relationships. * Positive attitude, proactive, team player mentality, self-motivated and desire to go above and beyond to achieve results.
