Role and ResponsibilitiesAssist senior level real estate brokers in managing federal government focused real estate transactions throughout the country.Track federal real estate requirements.Conduct research on real estate markets nationwide.Prepare market survey materials and books for building & land tours.Assist in the review of lease proposals.Assist in the preparation of transaction/lease documents.Input financial data from offers into excel spreadsheets / financial analysis of real estate proposals. Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from accredited college/university required (finance/economics major/minor preferred).Master's Degree (MS) in Real Estate or Business preferred. Commercial real estate experience preferred - limited or otherwise. Preferred SkillsProficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and other basic computer software programs.Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage several projects concurrently and understand/analyze financial and legal elements of lease documents and other related real estate documentation.Self-starter who is fully engaged and willing to take on projects and new opportunities as they are presented.
