This person has an expertise in conceptual advertising as well as integrated campaigns.She/He is up to speed on the latest trends in design, motion, and technology. They are an expert creative problem solver who finds inventive solutions and works collaboratively with internal teams and vendors alike to deliver outstanding design work. She/He will have a demonstrable ability to bring out a variety of tones and emotional arcs with his/her design skills and talent. We're looking for a multi-talented Art Director who doesn't mind flexing his or her creative muscles by embracing a wide-range of responsibilities in the design process, including static and motion designs for internal and external marketing projects.Responsibilities:Awesome contemporary design and conceptual portfolioMastery with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Excellent sense of design, concept, cinematography, graphic/information design using typography, iconography and layout designAbility to work quickly and adapt work speed based on requirements for the quality of the design (ie prototyping vs. final render)Organized and methodical with projects, while being a self-managerPassionate about the design such that you are a knowledge expert of styles, ideas, and trendsReceptive to feedback and iterative/experimental design methodologyEntrepreneurial at heart and interested in learning new skillsRequirements:5+ years experience as a Designer or Art DirectorYou will work on a wide range of projects, so a proven mastery in static and motion design will be importantStrong creative sensibility with a keen eye, knowledge and interest in design, animation, cinematography treatments, filmmaking, etc (must help to elevate the Freddie Mac brand)Strong interest and/or background in design/concept integrationProficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteCollaborative mind set and ability to interact professionally with other employees, clients, and vendors* Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and deliver work under time constraintsAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
