What Your Day Might Look Like: Greet customers with a warm smile, offer menu knowledge to first-time customers and properly answer any questions. Provide customers with such exceptional hospitality that they'll come back and maybe even bring a friend along. Act with a sense of urgency toward all customers in the restaurant Prepare food with love - this means diligently following recipes and storing food properly Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant so that our customers feel right at home Act with integrity by operating cash register, handling balance and following all cash handling procedures Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
