We are recruiting for a current opening for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist in Annapolis! This is a temp to hire opportunity! Key Tasks Include: Review, process, and verify invoices Assist in preparation and processing of weekly check runs Ensure accuracy of invoices Verify and post transactions into QuickBooks Creating client bills Keeping AR current through soft collection calls Payment posting Create client invoices/bills vs the Sales Orders coming in from the field Keep AR current through calling/emailing clients and posting payments Post AIA Payment Applications Qualifications Include: Two years of experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable role Strong attention to detail QuickBooks experience is a plus High School Diploma is required; Associate degree is a plus Strong problem-solving skills Strong time management skills Our customer has an urgent need, please send your resume today!
