PROJECT MANAGERThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from schematic through construction document phases. Daily TasksManage multiple, simultaneous projects in their entirety from design through construction.Communicate effectively with clients and consultants, lead committee meetings to extract andAssure overall quality, completeness, and accuracy of Construction DocumentsManage consultant team members as neededRegularly schedule internal meetings with project team to ensure design progress is being met and project specifications are complementary to drawingsReview the performance and work quality of the project team and provide feedback to the Principal Monitor quality of the construction documents and provides coaching/communication as appropriate with team leaders and/or team members who are responsible for work flow/timelines, etc. Qualifications.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.8 or more years of experience.Architectural registration is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD.Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction and building structures PROJECT ARCHITECT This position offers direct exposure to all aspects of project management and design from start to completion of a building project / construction.This position requires following qualifications: . 4 or more years of experience. Ability to work with design and consultant teams and meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to work well collaboratively and independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD is required SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite is plus
