What You Will Do Experience Change Management processes and integration of processes Develop, implement, and sustain internal configuration and Change management policies Experience with code management repositories Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges Support day to day change management activities, including branch maintenance, code merging, and configuration changes Support and maintain build and elevate scripts to support automated build and deployment processes Apply DevOps concepts, patterns, and practices in order to improve build and elevate processes Experience with Linux, Git, Gitlab Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and participate in Change Control Meetings and provide change management insight and expertise to influence decisions Develop change effectiveness metrics strategy and plan, and report on metrics related to the Change Management processes Conduct, review and oversee the submitted change requests through the change management process, project readiness assessment Provide direction for proper resolution of change request issues and foster a common understanding of the Change Management processes scope, applicability, and key sub-processes including configuration and requirements management Integrate the change management and configuration management tracking ticketing systems across multiple c, ensuring all changes to the operational environment can be traced through the documentation and approval process Required Skills Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or applicable degree or experience required Minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading Change and Configuration Management operations in an IT environment Experience with Change Management tools and workflows Ability to facilitate meeting of with Program and Government personnel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Desired Skills Experience with Change Management tools and workflows Ability to facilitate meeting of with Program and Government personnel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Years of Experience 5+ Years Minimum Education Required Bachelor s Degree About Us Attain is a place for great ideas and the people who have them.
