Position Customer Service (Entry) Location Washington, DC Tasks Accurately enter enrollment data supplied by various external sources both electronic and paper Enrolls subscribers and dependents for all business in a timely manner to meet corporate objectives for the issuance of ID cards Process terminations, coverage level changes and other forms of subsequent enrollment activities for both paper and automated enrollment accounts Resolve enrollment errors and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines Other tasks as assigned Required Skills High School Diploma or GED Working knowledge of Excel Positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer skills with internal and external customers Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision Strong analytical and attention to detail skills Strong time management skills Health Care Industry Experience will be a plus PC literacy, keyboard and problem solving skills Pass an evaluation of skill sets, an XX number of forms processed per hour with a XX quality score, TBD. Ability to work the day after the holidays (potential dates of 1129 and 1226). Understanding of blackout dates during training Ability to work in a productivity environment Software Tools MS Office Suite, FEPDirect, OnBase, AnyDoc
