What You Will Do Attain is looking for a technical Project Manager for our Federal Services practice. The Project Manager will apply their technical and project management experience to help deliver program assistance, support, and advisory. They will combine critical business and technical comprehension in order to assess unmet needs and define and develop system requirements. They will also lead the coordination efforts with the customer's information management offices, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders. PMs will also maintain responsibility for preparing, scheduling, and executing project milestone reviews and presenting at large stakeholder meetings. Required Skills +10 years of experience with project management for software or systems development and delivery Experience with project management frameworks and best practices, the systems and software development life cycle, ranging from scope, schedule and risk identification and management Experience delivery software development projects with full SDLC and Agile methods Familiarity with governance processes and customer and stakeholder relations and engagement, including Agile management techniques to direct the daily operations of a technology team Experience with financial, schedule, and performance oversight Experience with security, including authorization, authentication, and status reporting Possession of excellent interpersonal, team leadership, development, and client relationship skills Desired Skills Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance Years of Experience 10 Years Minimum Education Required Bachelors degree About Us Attain is a place for great ideas and the people who have them.
