8+ years of experience with various Oracle Fusion Middleware products. Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware products. Provide operations support in Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle Identity Management, and Oracle WebCenter products. Support code deployments and configuration of Oracle Fusion Middleware components. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational incidents. Maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware products by applying patches. Analyze system performance and take corrective actions as needed. Weekend and evening support will be required on an as-needed basis. Must be on-site at client site, with ability to work remote on a pre-approved basis. Oracle certification is a plus.
