Position Overview E3Sentinel seeks a WebSharePoint Developer and Administrator to support the the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) Enterprise System Security Division (ESSD). The selected candidate will be empowered to provide expert technical support across multiple SharePoint sites and to collaborate across Executive Leadership, Management, and Contributor personnel DHS-wide. Responsibilitie Provide technical and customer service support to SharePoint sites across applicable networks Apply ADOBE and scripting techniques to adapt SharePoint sites to interface with web technologies Maintain all access control over the web and SharePoint sites Enhance the structure, user interface, and accessibility to improve document sharing and collaboration across the organization Maintain and enhance the components, look, and feel of the parent site and sub-sites Implement SharePoint workflow to automate simple business processes Provide operations and maintenance of web and SharePoint sites. Assist in developing data collaboration and access to publications using SharePoint Services in support of programs and corporate meetings. This includes assistance with the requirements, design, operation and maintenance of the web presence to include coordination with team members to make sure all information is relevant and up-to-date. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technical or related field 6 plus years experience (IT or relevant field) Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD and DHS Suitability clearance Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Project. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work in deadline-driven environment and efficiently handle multiple priorities. Team player with the ability to interact with customers at all levels of government.
