Title SCCM Administrator Location Herndon, VA Duration Full timepermanent Job Description Note We need to ensure that the candidate is not only an SCCM admin but an expert in SCCM. Also can demonstrate a clear understanding of Active directory, overall architecture, and most of all the clear difference in SCCM 2016 and multi-forest support. Along with the 2016 expertise the candidate should have a demonstrated knowledge of windows 7 to windows 10 upgrades and challenges. Along with the application packaging and task sequencing required. Minimum of 4+ years in a SCCM Administrator role and worked in the following areas Manage the Software Repository for all NA workstations Package and or customized applications for SCCM Distribution based on region, site or group Work with IT members to process requests for software package distribution and or updates Use Airbus provided images and modify and or prepare for deployment Work with other IT members and support their activities by processing requests for software deployment, customization and updates Setup and monitor Monthly Security Roll Up Updates for all US Workstations Produce reports on application deployments, security updates compliance Produce reports on Hardware devices Activities The Services to be provided by the SCCM Administrator include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives Work with the Front Office supporting 3500 usersworkstations in Airbus, in the different business units Hours (coverage is from 7am to 4pm) Deployment of new software packages Packaging of Applications when needed for distribution with SCCM Deployment Plan, document, test, and deploy applications, application updates and security updates for all or for determined group of usersworkstations based on requirements. Download, modify, document and deploy IMAGES for various operating systems as required for Helpdesk to use. Update boot media if required. update drivers Proper logging, documenting, classifying, resolution, or escalation of application deployment requests Image preparation and setup for unattended deployment. Automated re-imaging of computers based on tasks or scripts. Maintain relationship with EU counterparts in order to be part of any modification, changes or upgrades Provide customer service by properly communicating to end users any resolution, escalation or updates on existing requests or incidents. Skills Soft skills customer communication self-starter complete assigned tasks on time Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (versions 2012 2007, 2016 if possible) Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (version 2013 update 2) Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows 10) Windows Deployment Services Flexera Install Shield (version 2014) WQL and SQL query language LDAP query language Scripting (primarily vbscript powershell) Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems (W7, W8.1, W10) Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 R2, 2008 R2) MS Office 2010, 2013 MS Outlook, Remedy, other applications Expertise with MBAM Experience with Task Sequencing and scripting Deliverables Deliverables include standard ITIL User Service deliverables Accurate and consistent updates to the work log of incidents and requests within the ticketing systems Timely response and within SLA for all incidents and requests Publish and monitor Security updates Publish and deploy Images Publish and deploy application packages Produce reports on Application deployment, Image deployment and Hardware inventory Srikanth Systel Inc.
