As the Performance Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a combination of performance engineering on a long-term Federal project with variety and interesting challenges. You must have hands-on loadperformance testing experiences, independently perform all aspects of performance testing including test script creation, scenario design, test execution and test analysis using LoadRunner and in the continued building and maintaining of a comprehensive performance automation test suite and automation test framework. You will foremost be the loadperformance test expert within the project. You will work closely with agile development and operation teams to characterize and drive performance improvement of the Oracle Ebusiness applications Work you'll do bull Conduct load and performance testing in conjunction with sprint development teams bull Work closely with development and operations teams to proactively analyze, identify, and fix performance test issues bull Develop performance automation tests in parallel with product development in agile development environment. bull Conduct proof of concept investigations into new tools, methods, and test strategy to improve load and performance testing bull Enhance and expand our current test architecture and framework, driving improvements and innovations in our performance testing process and methodology bullProvide testing and analysis of complex systems to ensure systems are compliant with requirements and can perform well in production. bullIndependently develop test scripts using any of the LoadRunner protocols, create test scenarios and execute tests. bullAnalyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and write test reports. bullCoordinate with other testers to resolve test problems and ensure customer satisfaction. bullCommunicate directly with government staff orally and in writing to plan testing and to report results.
