For additional company information, please visit www.mtsi-va.com httpwww.mtsi-va.com Responsibilities MTSI is seeking a Mission Engineering MSA Lead , with experience working across a diverse team leading end-to-end assessments of integrated advanced capabilities for the DoD. Emphasis areas for this position include substantial experience building and communicating analysis products to senior leadership and decision-makers, and in-depth familiarity with DoD community-standard MS standards, tools, and techniques . This position will be located in the NCR area. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to Experience in the development and coordination of MSA plans through their entire lifecycles, from requirements definition through final product. Collaborate with distributed technical teams to efficiently execute MSA tasks within defined cost and schedule parameters. Routinely collaborate with Government, FFRDC, and Industry partners and stakeholders. Lead development and delivery of integrated analysis products and briefings to senior decision-makers Qualifications 10+ years' of experience in MSA development andor employment across diverse defense capabilities and programs. Leadership of complex multi-disciplinary MSA projects to guide DoD advanced capability investments (space, hypersonics, autonomy, missile defense, etc.). Development expereince of all required planning documentation, eg Model and Simulation Support Plans, Analytic Guidance documents. Knowledge and application of MS support to systems engineering and requirements analysis. Development and presentation of analysis results for senior leadership. In-depth knowledge of systems engineering and capability development lifecycle through experience in major defense acquisition projects. Current knowledge of MS standards, interfaces, and technical baselines. Outstanding skills in communicating complex technical issues, and in providing comprehensive written and oral products appropriate to senior leadership. Desired Qualifications Experience with high-fidelity performance analysis, kill chain, and force-on-force analysis. Familiarity with multiple community-standard MS capabilities (eg AFSIM). Experience verifying and validating models and simulations, and anchoring against test flight data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Education Requirements Master of Science in a technical discipline (ie engineering, mathematics, physics). Clearance Requirements Current TS clearance with current SCI Eligibility.
