A professional staffing company is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time positions for school health and field trips in Multiple Counties in MD. The school health nurse will provide the necessary professional expertise to identify, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the health needs of the school community. Assesses illnesses and injuries Delivers first-aid treatment Monitors immunizations for compliance to Maryland law Maintains and organizes medical equipment and supplies for the school health suite Participates in the formulation of objectives, standards, and policies of the School Health Program Performs health screenings and follow-up per Maryland law Participates in health curriculum planning and evaluation Monitors communicable infections Collaborates with students, parents, and school personnel to plan action for eliminating or minimizing the health issues of students If this opportunity interests you, apply today.
