In this exciting role you will work with multiple City, County, and State Governments to design and build solutions for customers using the Accela Civic Platform. ResponsibilitiesLead analysis sessions and capture business requirements for a variety of domains includingLand Management, Business Licensing, Professional Licensing, Code Enforcement, AssetDesign solutions that meet customer needsDevelop, test, and document completed solutionsProvide end user and technical training on completed solutionsParticipate in sales opportunitiesWork with the ETech Consulting, LLC team to expand our out of the box solution offeringsLook for opportunities to expand the ETech Consulting, LLC iPaaS offeringsParticipate in other technical components (Scripting, Data Conversion/Migration, Report Development) Requirements7+ years of consulting implementation experience with Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software3+ years of implementing the Accela Civic PlatformBachelors Degree in Information Technology or related fieldStrong written and verbal communicationStrong presentation experienceExperience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesJavaScript experienceAbility to work in and around DC areaAbility to travelAbility to work from a home officePassion for working with government PlusesSQL Script experienceReport Development using SSRS or Crystal ReportsC# .NET, Java, or Nodejs programmingProject Management and/or Experience leading Managed Services accounts *No Recruiters or Agencies Please
