We're seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our growing Salesforce consulting firm to help with a wide range of systems and data projects. We're a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations with implementing, building out and supporting Salesforce and other systems. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn new technologies. You'll work together with our senior consultants to design, implement, and support systems that meet our clients' needs. Our clients range from growing technology companies to nonprofits to venture funds, so you will be exposed to different industries and challenges in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications3+ years design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications1+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networkingTechnical degree required; Computer Science or Math background desired2+ years relevant experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of software development tools and methodologiesExperience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical developmentContinue to lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycleAbility to lead both small and large-scale engagements, facilitate meetings, lead customer support projects, mentor junior team members and effectively manage client escalationsDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklySystems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and supportConsulting skills: self-motivated, team oriented, positive attitude, with a can-do, jump-right-in attitudeAbility to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during project executionPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, developers, and clientsExcellent communication skills and a leadership mentalityAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsEffectively produces deliverables
