Our solution focus include cloud and mobile solutions using IaaS, PaaS and SaaS for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Case Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Development (HRSD, Business intelligence, Program/Project Management, Acquisition Management and Systems Integration.Responsibilities And DutiesUnderstand the business context for requirements and translate business and functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutionsReview requirements to architect and design solutions based on the ServiceNow platform and applicationsDevelop implementation estimates that meet customer requirements Provide best-practice advisory services to functional and technical resourcesLead ServiceNow implementation activities and certify solution designsBuild and drive-high performing relationships with clients, partners, team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of all aspects of the solutionOversee solution technical architecture and design, development, testing and acceptanceIdentify and oversee system level changes as part of Continual Service Improvement (CSI)Provide overall architecture and design guidance to business process consultants and technical development teams to maintain consistency, stability, and supportability of the solution and processesProvide insight and expertise on ServiceNow platform and application current and future capabilitiesExperience and Skills3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience for large complex environments5 years of hands-on IT implementation experience with Service Management solutionsCertified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)Hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on the Now Platform and application suitesHands-on experience developing, demonstrating, and presenting ServiceNow-based platform and application suitesHands-on experience developing consulting estimates for implementing ServiceNow applications Hands-on delivery experience leading or an individual contributor as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation SpecialistIn-depth understanding of full application lifecycle including experience with agile and waterfall SDLC application development/implementation methodologiesConduct Requirements and Discovery Workshops - prepare for and lead group meetings, interviews, and collaboration sessions to elicit requirements gather process, system and data information from stakeholders for foundation data migrations, integrations and to infrastructure needsConfigure the ServiceNow platform - work with stakeholders to estimate work, develop acceptance criteria, build test plans, translate requirements into user stories, use user stories to configure applications and/or develop customizations that include integrations, migrations, and other featuresConfigure and conduct demos of ServiceNow for delivery and sales meetings - work with sales team and stakeholders to translate requirements and/or use cases into a logical flow demonstration highlighting aspects of ServiceNow that provide value the most value to prospectsBachelor's DegreePreferred Skills RequirementsITIL v3 Foundation Certification (or above) and experienceCertified ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Specialist or others CIS certificationsProject Management Certification and experienceServiceNow Application Developer certificationExperience with platform features including Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Workflows, Knowledge and other features.Experience with ITIL and ITSM processes and ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Hardware Asset Management.Experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), or IT Business Management (ITBM) applications.Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Orchestration.Working knowledge of Integration Hub and/or integration of ServiceNow with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, or other toolsExperience with Performance Analytics and/or building reportsProficient understanding of ServiceNow Data ModelFamiliar with ServiceNow scripting and security best practicesWorking knowledge of web-based development languages; JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's and Web Services.Work AuthorizationUS Citizenship required for this jobBenefits3 weeks paid vacation Paid sick leave (40hrs)401KPaid HolidaysFlexible remote hoursCompetitive payCoreSphere is an equal opportunity employer.
