Job Summary/Company:Sparks Group has partnered with a mission focused company who is an innovator in cyber security, cloud analytics, networking and software development and is seeking a Sr Compensation Analyst to join the HR team in a contract to hire position. The role is located in northern VA.

  • Analyzes and creates salary structures
  • Ensures DOL and DCAA compliance
  • Will review compensation market surveys
  • Develop and participate in surveys to collect and analyze company compensation programs, practices, and salary competitiveness relative to market.
  • Evaluates job content and formulated recommendations relating to title/classification, grade and market level, and related classification

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Must be able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment
  • Expertise in all aspects of compensation
  • Previous program management experience is desired
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
