Electronic Health Records Council Administrator
Key Role:

Act as a member of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) Program Office. Provide project management support, meeting facilitation, SharePoint site administration, and data administration on multiple platforms in support of one of the following councils: Acute Care Delivery, Rehabilitation and Acute Clinical Ancillaries, or Geriatrics and Extended Care. Collaborate with VA council leadership, members, and Cerner resources to identify, capture, analyze, assess, and develop treatment and control plans. Manage stakeholders and log all identified risks to the risk registry. Lead scheduling, planning, logistics, facilitation, and documentation for the Council and provide guidance and feedback on how change management can best support their specific group.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in working with stakeholders on complex issues

-Experience in applying and modifying the principles, methods, and techniques associated with one of the following: Acute Care Delivery, Rehabilitation, or Geriatrics

-Experience with meeting facilitation

-Knowledge of Electronic Health Records Clinical Workflows

-Knowledge of SharePoint

-Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced level

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical field and 10 years of professional experience or 18 years of professional experience can be substituted for education

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with implementing Electronic Health Records, including Cerner EHR

-Experience with DoD and VA preferred
