Scaled Agile Framework Program Support Specialist, Senior
The Challenge:

Does an Agile leadership role coaching large scale implementations with distributed teams excite you? Do you have a background in progressive Agile experience and are you now ready for an opportunity to work with even larger and more complex projects? Are the Agile frameworks, including SAFe and Scrum at Scale the different tools available in your toolbox that you select and use based on the context? You might have come from the product side and have mastery of at least one part of the software delivery life cycle, such as coding, testing, or even operations. While you are comfortable with technology, are your primary strengths your business transformation leadership, mentorship, and communication to build the most Agile organizations possible? Is facilitating a two-day Program Increment Planning event with 100+ people the type of responsibility where you thrive? If you are comfortable working in a non-co-located, multi-vendor program construct where frequent collaboration is the key for success and you value continuously building your Agile credentials - this opportunity is for you.
