The Nurse Manager provides leadership, direction, and coordination for his/her department(s) in a manner consistent with organizational mission and objectives. Assists with development of objectives and operational practices that ensures that the critical success factors are achieved (i.e. best place to work, safest place to receive care, superior outcomes, financial success for reinvestment, valued as a faith-based organization, and a growing organization vital to the community).

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Baccalaureate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Maryland State registered nurse license
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years' experience in management of a healthcare service with evidence of progressively responsible experience in leadership roles required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong written and verbal skills in English, including communication skills that promote interpersonal relations and customer service.
• Ability to create work environment that promotes efficiency and productivity, satisfaction, growth and development, and collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to plan strategically and execute business plans.
• Ability to manage department budgets.
• Ability to diplomatically manage crisis situations and resolve customer service issues.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills and capacity to make critical judgements.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and activities.
• Computer proficiency in HIS, e-mail, Microsoft suite, windows environment, and internet.

Work Schedule:

Full-time days, 40 hours per week.
