Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Reimbursements Analyst to work with a Federal Government client at our Arlington/Rosslyn, VA location.

Responsibilities
  • Support interagency (IAA) agreements, reimbursable work agreements, and reimbursable agreements, both as a Requesting and Servicing agency
  • Review 7600 A and B forms, and military interdepartmental purchase requests (MIPR) for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare memoranda for approval of collections and payments, including ensuring all supporting documentation is attached
  • Support agency program offices with reimbursement questions and issues
  • Support reimbursement requests via Sharepoint workflows
  • Review and prepare reports on reimbursable collections and payments
  • Process refund checks
  • Help agency prepare for G-invoicing
  • Coach and mentor staff supporting reimbursements
  • Support other budget execution and financial management processes as needed, including invoicing, review of unliquidated orders (ULO), managerial reports, and financial/budgetary reconciliations

Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with governmental reimbursements
  • Excellent analytical and client service skills
  • Familiarity with the reimbursement laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Coaching and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools
  • CPA, CGFM or related certification
