As a Sous Chef your job includes - Monitor and maintain the Maggiano's standards for kitchen and restaurant operations to ensure quality of food and the guest experience Perform a daily "walk through" inventory to deterimine daily production and priortize product utilization Develop strategies to control food cost Conduct pre-shift meetings Interview, hire, train, develop and manage the hourly team Our General Managers and management teams, Executive Chefs, and Banquet Sales Managers are the best in the biz. They coach and lead their teams, delight our Guests, and drive the business forward. Mind you this ain't easy work, especially in a 15,000+ square foot restaurant like ours.
