Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Rosslyn, VA location Responsibilities Set up and maintain budget cuff records including creating new ones at the beginning of a new fiscal year Set up new accounts on SharePoint-based cuff records Reconcile cuff records monthly with Financial System data Troubleshoot and fix differences working with budget analysts Develop a link between a database query and SharePoint to feed data Serve as a backup for providing SharePoint access to the client Maintain and create on-line financial data update capability for program offices Create financial briefings and presentations Support dashboards and financial analytics Support financial workflows and approvals Required Qualifications BA/BS degree 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Federal financial management processes including budget execution and management reporting Flexible and a team player in a fast-paced dynamic client office environment Excellent/Proficient in Excel 2016, Access, Power BI or other tools handling large data sets Proficient in PowerPoint presentations Experience in using SharePoint housing large data files Excellent financial data analysis and reconciliation skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills Willing to learn new applications and processes Desired Qualifications MA/MS/MBA 5 years of experience Experience with tools such as Tableau and Microsoft 365 including Access, PowerBI, Dynamics, etc. Education BA/BS Clearance All applicants for this position must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects
