BD/ Proposal Manager
Proposal Management Business Development Activities Manage and facilitate all proposal project from concept to conclusionbid response (RFIFRQ) capture management by actively engaging as a writer, reviewer, or proposal manager. Lead captures including establishing and managing capture budgets. Coordinate proposal resources to ensure proper proposal execution. Participate in oral presentation development and or feedback. Proactively identify new business opportunities Participate IT stuffing Participate in business planning activities, to include periodic pipeline reviews, operating plan development, bid agenda development, opportunity gate reviews, black hat sessions, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal reviews Collaborate with the Leidos Account Manager personnel to support cross-enterprise objectives and customer engagement Support overall strategic planning and linking pursuitscapture activities which support the business development metrics for awards submit, and pipeline growth Interact routinely with all levels of leadership, staff, and customers Brief capture status to senior management at specified milestones in the capture process Conduct after-action reviews with business opportunity capture participants to document lessons learned and identify necessary adjustments to capture technique, strategy, and actions Work as a team while being held accountable for individual growth goals actional teams and interact with all staff levels.
