Your abilities will be recognized as we are committed to hiring and developing top talent. Howard Bank is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist II to join on our Loan Operations Team. Our Post-Closing Specialist will be responsible for the following: . Responsible for reviewing commercial and consumer loan documents post-closing . File review and set-up within an environment of high work volumes and establish deadlines . Handle documentation and production tasks requiring knowledge of complex commercial and consumer lending documents, regulations, policies and procedures . Monitor outstanding loan documentation exceptions to ensure timely receipt . Review documents to ensure the structure and terms of the loans confirm to credit approval and bank policies . Analyze business entity structures to ensure accurate loan documents Our Post-Closing Specialist II will meet the following qualifications: . Minimum of 5 years' experience in Consumer, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial transactions . Proficient Microsoft Office skills . Experience using Laser Pro and Fiserv preferred . Thorough knowledge of regulatory, documentary and statutory requirements in Consumer, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial/Industrial Lending and Loan Administration . Strong verbal and written communication skills .
