Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Reconciliation of monthly vendor statements and payments and resolution of invoice/payment discrepancies with clients and vendors. Assist with week- + period-end close processes, to include entering journalentries, reconciling accounts, + investigating discrepancies.. Participate in monthly close and variance analyses, budgeting, andforecasting processes. Play a key role in the reengineering, development + implementation of newaccounting software, policies, processes, + procedures.. Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of riskareas.. Work closely with the Controller on ad hoc reporting + analysis. Accounting Seed and Salesforce experience a plus, but not required.. You are a self-starter who can organize, multitask, prioritize, and manage a. multitude of conflicting priorities against competing deadlines without. breaking a sweat.. Willingness to learn + develop new processes for existing tasks. You're an excellent communicator, collaborative and detail oriented.
