Innovative tech platform for CRE loans is looking for a Lender Relations Representative. This is an ideal role for an ambitious underdog who wants to become a team leader in months, not years. RealAtom is a fast-paced, Silicon Valley VC-backed fintech startup obsessed with disrupting the commercial real estate lending industry. RealAtom has an immediate need for an ambitious closer - a bright, determined and proactive business development/lender relations representative (LRR) with great communication skills and hands-on knowledge of CRE structured finance. The LRR serves in a dual capacity: First, as the primary business development and second a customer success liaison for CRE lenders, including banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, and alternative and private lenders. The LRR is comfortable with talking to prospective clients at any level from loan officers to company CEOs, as well as communicating with CRE capital markets brokers. It will be a bonus (but not mandatory) if you think that CRE finance is a piece of cake and know the ins and outs of a loan package. In this case, you will have a brilliant opportunity to help market deals with investors and collaborate with our tech team. What does the LRR role entail?Customer-centricity and development. You feel equally at ease closing clients and giving them support post-closing to ensure customer happiness.Deliver RealAtom value proposition and onboard lenders to the platform.Monitor the loan pipeline on the platform to ensure all the transactions are moving efficiently.Participate in product development when needed.Provide regular prospect or client feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of our platform.Diligence with follow up calls and emails. Log all activities in the CRM (Hubspot). The LRR will be one of the most important parts of our Lender Relations Team and is expected to demonstrate the skills necessary to ensure that the team meets all goals and deadlines while maintaining the highest levels of work quality.
