You probably started with a production or graphics background. The PositionThe Traffic Manager is to drive efficiency through the optimization of resource management, processes, and workflows. This position also ensures the quality and compliance of all internal processes. The Traffic Manager is responsible for all operations related to the trafficking of workflow and projects pertaining to the planning and execution of communications materials. The primary focus of the role is project management: organizing, tracking and monitoring of projects and resource capacity across four departments - Accounts, Creative, Print production, and Video productionThe Traffic Manager should have excellent organizational, leadership, collaboration, negotiating and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage team members involved in a project, ability to prioritize and multi-task, manage changing priorities and competing interests, possess analytical skills including a general understanding of business metrics and financial measures. Relevant experience and a college degree are required.Responsibilitieswith Account Executives to create and manage productions schedules of accepted timelines and hold meetings to meet clients' objectivesand management of project templates to aid in new business estimating to create the greatest value for the customercompliance in communication and documentation for discovery to completion of all projectsmanagement activities for Mediacom and REO Book orders to ensure Renegade meets the customers' expectations and achieve profitability.of the Elite efforts through various assigned task to meet the client's expectations of the program and eventcompletion prepare project and campaign for timely closing by working with the Account Executive to ensure accuracy of informationconsolidate, and standardize processes across all departments with the goal of creating a set of repeatable best practices to improve project success rate and manage the compliance and quality of the processes created.a framework for resource management to coordinate and resolve issues
